VALUE IS IN THE EYES OF THE BEHOLDER
The New York Post says Alberto Giacometti’s walking man sculpture grabbed a bid of $104 million when it recently went up for sale. That’s the highest art auction price ever. The Post says that there have been a few higher prices on record but they were private sales.
