Year-to date, my investment portfolio has lost money due to the Great Federal Corruption and I am sure many of you are in the same boat. Here’s what I learned:

First of all, money is money is money. It’s a number. What’s most important in life is happiness, health and family. These are independent from ‘the number’. I don’t care about numbers as long as those other things are OK. I was told to quit the ‘financial pyramid,’ but greed sometimes rules the brain until big losses occur, it’s only then we start looking for protection.

Everyone I know lost a lot of money. The punishment is collective. Global distribution of wealth is bound to change, in due course.

So take it easy and spend less time playing with money. The fantasy of money, money, money is over, not just in the U.S. but also worldwide.

Deregulation opened the door for toxic corruption to enter the financial markets and in the end cause havoc. Now it’s back to basics, and that’s wonderful!
