LINGERING LOVE AFFAIR

Back in the days when I was a novice computer user, I got a shocking e-mail from an Argentinean man with my same surname. He did an ancestor genealogy search and found me. It turned out we were distant relatives through my grandfather and his great grandfather, who were both from Germany. After a year of daily back & forth messages, I invited him to Miami. He marveled at the luxury and lifestyle and loved the opulence at the Fontainebleau Hotel on Miami Beach.

It has taken a long time, but I believe I have finally tamed this wild thing called a computer. I think I have solved a million problems, came close to trashing it, and yet always enamored with it.

So, the love affair lingers!
