My wife Michelle and I send our congratulations to our dear friends, Betty and Dr. Scott Tobkes in Davie, Florida . Today, February 27th, they are celebrating their 26th anniversary. Scott, I just want you to know that my back is much better since my last treatment.

Do not forget to give our regards to your kids, Ratchy and Michael…I am guessing that both are still leading students at their colleges. Mike is an expert bowler, and I’ll never forget how he beat my pants off during the last time we played a game at the White House bowling alley.
