My good friend, ex-pres. Bill Clinton may be in New York City this week thinking globally at the annual meeting of his non-profit organization, but Bill can still act locally. And by locally we mean threatening legal action against a Manhattan restaurant that is displaying a photo of the ex-president’s daughter in its front window.
