Jonathan Tobkes M.D. is board certified in general psychiatry and in child and adolescent psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He received his M.D. from New York University’s School of Medicine in New York, graduating as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. He completed his general psychiatry residency at New York Presbyterian Hospital – Weill Cornell Medical College and a child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at the N.Y.U. School of Medicine. He is a Clinical Instructor in Psychiatry at Weill Cornell Medical College. He received his B.A. cum laude, with distinction in psychology, from Yale College.

Dr. Tobkes currently maintains a private practice on the Upper East Side of Manhattan at 11 East 68th Street. He teaches and supervises psychiatry residents at the New York Presbyterian Hospital, Weill-Cornell Medical College.

Dr. Tobkes is a member of the American Psychiatric Association, as well as the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
