WASH YOUR HANDS
———————-———————-
Too few people realize that we damage our health by our own hands. Frequent washing of the hands can reduce many illnesses caused by germs. After all, we often touch food and then put it in our mouths and many times we stick a finger in there to dislodge a piece of food or whatever.
So here are some recommendations offered by the Cleveland Clinic on how to wash your hands:
Rinse your hands under running water, and apply soap evenly over both of your hands. The whole process should take at least one minute.
Be sure to rub soap on all areas of the hands, including over the backs and between the fingers.
