DOCTOR CONTROVERSY – WHICH COUNTRY IS BEST?

A doctor from Israel told his colleagues: “In Israel, the medicine is so advanced that we surgically removed the testicles from a man who died in an auto accident. We were able to do a transplant to another man who had testicular cancer and in just 6 weeks the restored man has fully recuperated and is out looking for work.”
A Russian doctor said: “My dear comrades, that’s nothing! In mother Russia, we take out half of the heart from a person, we put it into another person´s chest and in 2 weeks he is looking for work.”
The German doctor comments: “Very impressive, but not equal to our achievement. In the Fatherland, we take part of the brain out from a person, we put it into another person´s head and in 4 weeks he is looking for work.”
The U.S.A. doctor answers immediately: “That´s nothing colleagues! You are way behind my country. In the USA, about three years ago, we grabbed a person with no brains, no heart and no balls. We made him President and now… The whole country is looking for work.”
