PUNISH THE BASTARDS?

Are we all spitefully jumping on the Republican band wagon to punish the Democrats? Of course, no one dares mention that the Bush regime was a total disaster and put us in a hole, but Obama bulldozed that hole to new depths…so, does it come down to…”You know what you have; you don’t know what you’re going to get?” Or, is it “Happy Days Are Here gain?”

The Republicans can earn the approval of the nation by cutting the budget deficit and helping the under-classes by innovative programs to help them elevate. Unfortunately, Democrats victimized the victims by entitlements that do not help them out of a rut but rather keep them mired in the mud of poverty. We need to see positive action to create jobs, improve schools, stop waste and corruption in government and get a fix for health care.

There has to be standards of needs, necessity and cost-effectiveness.

I am hoping the Republican Party does not see this as just a malicious opportunity to undo all the missteps of the Obama administration but rather seizes the moment and revitalizes the country and creates a ripple that become a wave that becomes a tidal wave of prosperity.

Wouldn’t that be nice? Like all Americans I am hoping the Republicans get it right because we are still on top of the mountain, but if we get the same-old, same-old, we are going to take a plunge…who knows how far or how deep.
