ATT: PARENTS AND GRANDPARENTS
————————————–——————————–
By Harvey Tobkes
I just finished reading James Patterson’s latest non-fiction book, The Murder of King Tut. Not his best book, but very enjoyable. Patterson is one of the bestselling writers of all time, with over 170 million books sold worldwide.
A page at the back of the book is titled, “About the Author.” It states that Patterson’s lifelong passion for books and reading led him to launch a new website, ReadKiddoRead.com which helps parents and librarians find the very best children’s books for their kids.
I explored the site and especially liked, Read Kiddo Read Classics, 12 Tried and True Ways to Get Your Kid to Read and Over 100+ Choices…all are very good.
I would be very happy if a parent who reads this is able to use the info to turn a child into an avid reader.
