MALZY

The comedian Mal Z. Lawrence was popular in the Catskill Mountain resort hotels and here in Florida.

“Malzy” was the brother of Anita’s best friend back in The Bronx, where she grew up. They both attended Taft High School, so when Malzy appeared in Florida, we went backstage and the two old friends (Anita & Malzy) were able to reminisce about the “good old days.”
