IRAN IS THE SCORPION – WE ARE THE FROG

——————use medone deal————-

The ancient parable of “The Scorpion and The Frog” has been cited lately to describe the concluded negotiations with Iran.

A scorpion and a frog meet on the bank of a stream and the scorpion asks the frog to carry him across on its back. The frog asks, “How do I know you won’t sting me?” The scorpion says, “Because if I do, I will die too.” The frog is satisfied, and they set out, but in midstream, the scorpion stings the frog. The poor frog feels the onset of paralysis and starts to sink, knowing they both are but a few seconds from death by drowning, froggy has just enough time to gasp and ask the scorpion… “Why did you do it?” With last words, The drowning scorpion replies, “It’s my nature.”

Harv’s comment: So, after reading the parable, I asked myself a scary question: If Iran were to actually develop a nuclear bomb, would they launch it against their hated enemy, Israel, knowing full well that it was tantamount to their own annihilation by apocalyptic retaliation? Maybe!

Meanwhile we have one secret ace-in-the-hole…while Iran’s nuke development plans are in remission, we have no restraints on trying to develop a super penetration ordnance that can reach the depths of the underground, unreachable bomb-making facilities created by Iran.
